Grades

This is the complete list of classes, the grade I got, and my little blurb about why I got that grade. I may add cost here if I ever figure out how much this education is costing me.

Classes - listed from newest to oldest:

  • Intermediate Algebra - Round 2
    • Grade: 87% - B
    • Reason For Grade:
      • Class was not easy, it wasn’t that hard either. I am just a B student.
    • Review of Class:
      • This is my second time through the class and I had a much better understanding of how it worked so it was easier. I ended up coming down to the wire at the end only because I had missed at least 3 classes and needed to finish early since I was going on vacation. When it was all said and done I went to 4 classes and studied 1 night out of class. Not bad if you ask me.
  • Intermediate Algebra
    • Grade: F
    • Reason for Grade:
      • I initially thought that the class was really hard and boring as you sit at a computer and work at your own pace. This coupled with some personal issues concerning my kids cause me to only attend class twice.
    • Review of Class:
      • It is actually a great setup if you are disciplined enough to work on your own and understand how the class works. I found (for this class anyway) that I did not need to read through the book but only needed to do the homework to learn the lessons. I only did the first few chapters so I do not know if that would apply for the rest of the course.
  • Project Management
    • Grade: 87% - B
    • Reason for Grade:
      • I missed on homework assignment which if I had done it and gotten full credit (probable) I would have gotten an A
    • Review of Class:
      • Class was pretty good. The hardest part of the class was the course project. The hard part of it was that it was tough to work as a group and get things defined and then stick to those things. Overall I enjoyed the course.
